Heartstrings Microgrants Application Form

Our Heartstrings Microgrants program gives Zallie Family Markets Team Members a say in what organizations receive grants or donations from Zallie Community Foundation. YOU can nominate an organization that you are involved with or one whose mission you believe in!

Program Details

• Each month, two organizations that are nominated by our Team Members will receive a donation in the amount of $1,000 each.
• The organizations must serve people or animals in one or more of the four counties in which our stores serve. They are: Burlington, Camden, Gloucester in NJ and Philadelphia, PA.
• The organizations’ missions must address one or more of our focus areas. They are: Food Insecurity, Nutrition Insecurity, Nutrition Education, General Health, Health Research, & Health Education.
